How-to build Vitamins into your daily skincare ritual

So much is currently being said about vitamins in skincare… in particular, Vitamin C, which is a HUGE buzz right now.

Vitamins are essential for the overall health of your skin. Our formulations are uniquely blended with the richest natural ingredients to provide the skin with essential vitamins and minerals to give a clear, even and balanced skin tone. These vitamins also address issues such as scarring, acne, pigmentation and ageing.

While you can add vitamins to products, Sodashi uses ingredients rich in vitamins that are easily absorbed by the skin. This is because the molecular structure of these ingredients is small enough to penetrate the skin’s layers, leaving outstanding results!

In most cases, when a label lists ingredients as ‘Vitamin C’ they are often referring to the synthetic version,  commonly known as ascorbic acid or L-ascorbic acid, which is solely manufactured in a lab.

So rather than looking for ‘Vitamin A’ or ‘Vitamin C’ on the label, look for plant oils and essential nutrients in your products that will absorb better into your skin.

We’ve put together a list of some of the best plant oils and the essential nutrients to look out for;
